Early Bird Registration is $35 and includes a lunch and soft drink buffet.
(We do have vegetarian options. We cannot accomodate vegan and gluten free diets. So sorry.  (Price goes up January 17th to $45.)

We allow for 5 vendors per event. A vendor table is $55 and you bring your own 6' table. We have black table cloths for each of the vendors. We only allow one cmopany per industry, so book your vendor table early. Vendor table registration includes lunch buffet.

Each month, we start with informal networking at 10:30. Our orientation is at 11 a.m.  Our first of two speakers goes on at 11:15. I like to have everything wrapped up so you can get back to work by 1:15.

Please bring lots of business cards, something to write with, and your best "GIVE FIRST" attitude and networking style. I promise you if you SHOW UP, FOLLOW UP and GIVE FIRST, this will be a very successful networking event for you and your business.

We also want to connect with you in between meetings and we want to support you in between events, so please find us ONLINE and tell us about your business. Let us know what you need help with. We are a very resourceful group.

January 2011 Speaker Line Up:

11:15 - 11:45  Doug Keller, Ravina Marketing Topic: How to develop meaningful referral programs for your business. Doug will share with us the three steps to create and launch a proactive referral marketing system.

Doug believes that "there's both a strategic and tactical component required to optimize results from referral marketing.  For example, the tactical part is what most businesses do when using a database contact system.  This is all about nurturing relationships by maintaining top-of-mind awareness with your client base.  Nothing wrong with that -- it's a requirement for referral marketing success."

He adds, "what I've found missing (or at least poorly done in most cases) is the strategic part.  It's the preparation work done before launching a continuous contact system.  This includes the creation of focused marketing tools that define the "Reasons Why" you are the obvious choice for the types of solutions you offer to your target market.  It also includes developing methods that you and your advocates use to make it simple to identify and introduce good prospects for you.  Then, it's a matter of implementing a process to properly make the right connections."
